4.2 Own Funds Only. You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. kv77 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. 4.5 Withdrawal to Original Payment Method. kv77 reserves the right to return funds to the original payment method used for deposit. Withdrawals to a different payment method may require additional verification.
4.6 Currency. All transactions on the kv77 platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified.
4.7 Taxes. You are solely responsible for any taxes, duties, or levies applicable to your winnings under Philippine law. kv77 does not provide tax advice and recommends consulting a qualified tax professional regarding your obligations.
5.1 General. kv77 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, validity periods, game restrictions, and maximum withdrawal limits, which will be communicated at the time the offer is made.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they may be withdrawn as cash.
